I’ve been told their bread and cakes are good, but they are not glutenfree. They might have “glutenfree” options but the cross-contamination would be extensive.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

They use GF WHEAT STARCH in rugbrød -so not great if you react to wheat -which most of us do. And no other GF options- no idea why this place is listed. Staff has no knowledge of ingredients , and honestly didn’t seem to care.
