Just heavenly. The chef has been gluten free for many years, and understands. He was clear that although there is a dedicated fryer, it shares a ventilation system with the other fryer, so he doesn't eat the fries. Some could. The local, hand smoked meats are gluten free. I had a great Ruben and gluten free version of the berry cobbler, substituting a baked sweet potato for the fries, all on a deck outside the restaurant, with treetops and a view.
