I was able to eat all the meats and sauces. Staff was knowledgeable on what I could eat even though nothing was marked on menu.

Meats (except ribs) were GF, as were 3 of 4 bbq sauces, and several sides, nice GF bun available. No dedicated fryer so tortilla chips, fries, etc inappropriate. Meal was okay.

I got a great pulled pork salad there, and asked the waitress to add taco chips. I couldn’t eat it all.

Meats are all gluten free, I am unsure about the sauces as I brought my own just in case. Great little place with a good atmosphere. Nothing marked on the menu as GF so you have to talk to your server but they are all friendly here.
