The server and chef were both knowledgeable and cautious about gluten and preventing cross-contamination. A lot of the menu could be done GF and they brought out toasted GF bread and butter for me, separated from everyone else’s so they wouldn’t touch. The food was really fantastic and the service was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant.
