June 16, 2013The first time I went here, I ordered a portobello burger on a gf bun. Once I left with my order, I looked in the bag and it was a regular bun. I had to drive all the way back to get it corrected. The correct burger was delicious. I went again and ordered the chicken chipotle burger on a gf bun and a truffle burger for my hubby. We got food poisoning. Although the staff is friendly and the food is really good, that's a 100% failure rate. Beware!

I visited and found myself ill about an hour later. This would be a good place to visit if you are not wheat or gluten sensitive, but if you are watch out.

Would have given this place zero stars if there was an option. Saw the place had gluten free on the menu. When I asked if they cooked everything on the same grill the big lady at the cashier said 'yes'. When I asked if they could clean off an area for me since I can't have any cross contamination from the wheat buns she got sassy and explained how difficult that would be for them. She then proceeded to tell me many customers ate gluten free there and were fine. If this is you, you are getting wheat in your food due to cross contamination! What is the point of having gluten free on the menu if you can't cook it separately?! Do not eat at this place, they do not understand the dangers of having an allergy or cross contamination. There is no point to offer gluten free if you can't do it right!

I've been gluten-free for four years now and was thrilled with all the gf restaurant options in CO Springs. If you want a delicious gf burger and kid-friendly food options, go to Larksburger! I would highly recommend the truffle burger with gf bun and truffle parmesan fries!

Love this place! Environmentally friendly and nearly everything is gluten free. I forgot what it's like to eat a burger with a bun. I like the burger wrapped in lettuce too. Parmesan fries are yummy.

I recently discovered Larkburger and now I'm in love! I've been back once a week in the last month. I love finally being able to get a burger and fries! The turkey burger is my favorite, and I love the Parmesan truffle fries.

My family LOVES Larkburger! Not only are items gluten free, but they are also organic. They use sustainable packaging, recycle and compost. It is a great treat to be able to eat french fries in a restaurant and not be worried.

Amaaaaazing! Was out from California visiting a few friends and ended up here. Loved the gluten free option of the bun. Burger was cooked properly and tastey as were the parmesan fries. NomNom. Decor was simple and comfortable. The fact that there was no trash, just compost and recycle, had me jumping for joy.

Very knowledgable about Celiacs, great turkey burger, LOVE the skinny fries, no food dyes, no high fructose corn syrup (in the house sauce)... Remember to specify if you have a high sensitivity and they will be extra careful. Yummy :)

The burger was ok but the bun was a soggy mess which bothered me after having to pay extra for it. The fries were alright but you really need a fork to eat them with. If I were to go back I would go for a lettuce wrapped burger and request a fork!

I like their burgers and they have a GF bun option. the turkey burger is awesome! I really don't care for the super skinny fries though. Sometimes theres a wait but so worth it.

Expensive for hamburgers and fries but sooooo good if you'll pay for it. Has gf buns or will wrap it in lettuce. They also substitute portobellos for hamburgers if you're veggie. This chain will probably expand fast

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Larkburger! When I started with a gluten free diet, was afraid that i wouldn't be able to have any of their tasty burgers. Then I found out you can get a gluten free bun!! Just as tasty as a regular bun. I'm in heaven!!
