My personal go to burger in Boulder. GF fryer and outstanding gluten free buns make a really enjoyable GF dining experience. Mention allergy and they'll keep your bun completely separate to mitigate contamination. Eaten here frequently 5+ years and never had an issue - would highly recommend.

Not only was the restaurant dirty but after all of my questions I was still cross contaminated. Not fun on what was suppose to be my fun girl day trip. 😒

My daughter is Celiac, and we've eaten here a few times without a problem. Unfortunately, during the summer, we got take out, and they had grilled her GF bun, and she got sick for several days. We went back another time and really made a point to say Celiac, don't grill the bun... and the bun arrived at our table grilled. I think they have a lot of turnover, and details like that don't transfer well. Their fryer is GF, and my daughter can eat a whole order and not get sick. So yes, Celiac friendly, but do tell them not to toast/grill the bun because of cross contamination.

I appreciate the plentiful gluten free options (especially the milkshakes!) but this location is really dirty inside as others have mentioned, the fries were just a small box of small 1in or smaller potato bits, and the lettuce wrap on my burger was ridiculously huge. There was so much lettuce that I couldn’t even bite the burger without removing most of it, which just is a waste of food. There was grease and trash all over the floor of the restaurant and the person who took our orders didn’t smile once.

Dedicated fryer, gluten free ice cream, and gluten free buns!

Great gluten free options. My husband and I loved being able to have a burger & fries while traveling. We are both celiac and had no issues here.

Burger w/gluten free bun , fries, shake — DELISH!

I had a bunless burger, fries and strawberry shake and everything was wonderful! Three of our children had grilled cheese on GF buns and fries. Fourth child had grilled chicken sandwich on GF bun with fries. All the kids finished their food (very rare!) My husband had a chocolate shake, burger and fries. We were told everything is gluten free in the restaurant except for the buns.
I have celiac and didn't react. My son wth celiac didn't react either. If you can consume dairy, go for the shake!!

Gluten free buns, gluten free fryer for truffle French fries and a knowledgeable manager. I have celiac and did not get sick. Can't wait to go back!

Yummy and gluten free friendly! Quick and delicious. Definitely will return.
Awesome GF buns. A bit pricey for burgers but worth it.

Food and service were great!! Nice atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Almost everything served is gluten-free, the only food fried is the french fries so no worries about cross-contamination there, and you can eat your burger on a bun which is always a plus :-)

Best Burgers Period... And they handle Gluten Free no problem!
Mmmmmm. Tuna burger on the GF bun is delicious.
So tasty and not too expensive.
Best bun, best turkey burger, and best truffle fries ever!!! I've traveled all over the US and have had many incredible gluten free turkey burgers... This one wins!
Everything is gluten free except for their regular hamburger buns and their chili. The Angus burger was absolutely delicious.
Amaaaaazing! Was out from California visiting a few friends and ended up here. Loved the gluten free option of the bun. Burger was cooked properly and tastey as were the parmesan fries. NomNom. Decor was simple and comfortable. The fact that there was no trash, just compost and recycle, had me jumping for joy.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Larkburger! When I started with a gluten free diet, was afraid that i wouldn't be able to have any of their tasty burgers. Then I found out you can get a gluten free bun!! Just as tasty as a regular bun. I'm in heaven!!
Great GF bun option for burgers! One of the best burger buns around.
The food was amazing the last time I visited. I got a hamburger with a gluten free bun. Their buns are so soft and delicious. Then I got a side of tots and fries because I couldn't decide between the two. The tots were so crunchy and amazing. It is a tad on the expensive side but I definitely think it is worth it.

Maybe celiac friendly but not the safest for other allergies, if you're handling a handful of allergies this is not the place for you.
A bit pricey but the food is good and hasn't made me sick! They seem will trained on Celiac issues.

So many options! The menu board calls out that items that go in the fryer are prepared gluten-free. Additionally, staff are knowledgeable; at least one member of the back-of-house team is celiac. My only complaint is that the fried items are a little too salty - ask for no extra salt. However, where else are you going to get fried avocado slices? Fried pickles? I got mine with a salad because burgers are honestly easier to come by than the fried items.
