I have been to both the Greenwood Village and Littleton locations. I ordered the GF bun burger and onion rings at both. Greenwood Village was definitely more knowledgeable about gluten and celiac disease. After not having a burger in over a year, I enjoyed it!

Had kale salad with miso-sesame dressing and tuna on top, and my goodness it was delicious. If you order things to go, make sure that they keep gluten-free and gluten items separately. They have gluten-free fries (nothing with gluten on menu goes in deep fryer, only the fries) and gluten-free ice cream cones (none with gluten). My husband and toddler liked the gluten tuna burger.

We stopped in for a quick bite and I was very happy that the guy behind the counter reiterated that everything was gf minus the bun (same info as the website). I was offered the choice of an udi's bun or a lettuce wrap. That being said, I ordered the larkburger without the house sauce on a gf bun with truffle fries 🍟. Both were great, though I think the fries stole the show. No contamination issues and I would go back anytime.

Great burgers with gluten free buns option, not crumbly at all. Didn't get a chance to try them, but they have gluten free ice cream cones as well.

I visited and found myself ill about an hour later. This would be a good place to visit if you are not wheat or gluten sensitive, but if you are watch out.

My personal go to burger in Boulder. GF fryer and outstanding gluten free buns make a really enjoyable GF dining experience. Mention allergy and they'll keep your bun completely separate to mitigate contamination. Eaten here frequently 5+ years and never had an issue - would highly recommend.

The food was amazing the last time I visited. I got a hamburger with a gluten free bun. Their buns are so soft and delicious. Then I got a side of tots and fries because I couldn't decide between the two. The tots were so crunchy and amazing. It is a tad on the expensive side but I definitely think it is worth it.

Maybe celiac friendly but not the safest for other allergies, if you're handling a handful of allergies this is not the place for you.
A bit pricey but the food is good and hasn't made me sick! They seem will trained on Celiac issues.
