Some of the places have prepackaged Quiznos salads. BBQ chicken ranch salad had plain grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese, ranch dressing, and a BBQ sauce that was more like french dressing. Satisfied me and didn't get sick. I read ingredients carefully.

On the plus side—didn’t get sick. Negative—food isn’t great and no one can answer any questions. I’m posting this so others in my position can also be safe. I couldn’t leave for lunch for two days, that would have been optimal. I got a shrimp salad from the Mexican venue both days ( this is in the area by the North hall). It has an avocado gutted and mixed with shrimp, and lettuce. It comes with a side of tortilla chips. And salsa. I was just happy to sit, eat, drink water. Don’t come looking for this place but if you have to stay at the convention center for lunch, this salad is safe.
