Review of Laura & Tony's Kitchen

This place is mainly a buffet, which may turn some people off, but it was separated enough to the point where I felt comfortable. We talked to the owner upon arriving and she was SO nice and really knew what she was talking about! They don’t use any soy or soy sauce, they recently took all nuts off the menu, and overall they’re just super conscious of allergies. In addition to the buffet, you can also order specific things off of the menu that are made in a separate kitchen than the buffet things, which might make other celiacs more comfortable because it’s a lot more secure and careful. The stuff on the buffet that is marked gluten free is made in a separate place or at least at a separate time so that there’s no flour flying around. Really recommend this place!! Would also recommend you talk to the owner if you can track her down because a lot of the waiters are Russian immigrants (not a bad thing!!!!) and although they are extremely nice and accommodating, they might not understand exactly what your questions are.
