I feel so safe eating here! They take 'Celiac Safe' to a new level. The staff seems well-trained regarding cross-contamination, and I've had great communication from them and from the chef. It feels like gluten free is a focus, not an afterthought. There are so many great options, but with how scarce the opportunity is, I always go with the fried fisherman's platter, taking advantage of the dedicated fryer. They're willing to swap out items for personal taste (I'm not a fan of calamari but love some extra shrimp!). Definitely a big win! I wish it was closer to me than an hour away - I'd be eating a lot of meals here. :)
