I ordered the fish and chips and was extremely underwhelmed. Having celiac, I appreciate places with dedicated GF kitchens. But, the fish was about the size of two chicken nuggets and the breading was so greasy it was falling off. The fries were old and greasy and not very warm. For $28 it was probably the worst GF experience I have had dining out.

I feel so safe eating here! They take 'Celiac Safe' to a new level. The staff seems well-trained regarding cross-contamination, and I've had great communication from them and from the chef. It feels like gluten free is a focus, not an afterthought. There are so many great options, but with how scarce the opportunity is, I always go with the fried fisherman's platter, taking advantage of the dedicated fryer. They're willing to swap out items for personal taste (I'm not a fan of calamari but love some extra shrimp!). Definitely a big win! I wish it was closer to me than an hour away - I'd be eating a lot of meals here. :)

My husband isn’t gluten free, and even he said the calamari was the best he’d ever had! I got 2 complimentary gf rolls, fish and chips, and a chocolate “bonbon” (which was a ball of ice cream in a hard chocolate shell) and loved all of it! Waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d love to go again in the future!

Son is celiac-best gluten free calamari hands down! Delicious food, and son did not have a reaction at all. Staff was very knowledgeable.

Phenomenal seafood! Tons of options clearly marked on the menu. They also have gf rolls. I got the Fishermans Platter which was huge. It came with fish, scallops, shrimp and calamari. They were able to do “rhode island” style peppers and garlic on the side for the calamari. A must go to if you’re visiting or live in the area.

This place is fantastic! The GF rolls here taste just like I remember from a cruise ship .. so delicious and my server gave me some to take home, no upcharge. The manager came to the table and talked to me about the safe practices they have in place for allergies and then brought my food to the table. The house salad is delicious .. and most things can be prepared GF. My husband and I had the fish and chips. Looking forward to trying more things soon. Enjoy!

Dedicated fryer, HOT fresh gluten free roll, and gluten free fish batter! I was in heaven to have fish and chips for the first time in ages! They have several gluten free options and take it seriously. I’ve eaten here twice now and both times, the manager has brought out my food and specified that it was gluten free and monitored for zero cross-contamination. There’s definitely good reason that this place has so many high reviews! I love not having to question if I might get sick, they take out all the guessing so you can simply relax and enjoy! it’s one of my go-tos now when I’m in town.

I am a very sensitive.Celiac and I had a great experience here. Everything fried is GF! The lite clam chowder soup is delicious. Very attentive and helpful staff. The manager brought out my food. I can’t wait to come back!

7 year old with CD had so many gluten free options!! She enjoyed appetizers, the gluten free rolls and a cheeseburger with a GF bun and fries. No signs of cc and she loved the food! Staff was very accommodating.

This restaurant is a must for Celiacs. Back in 2005 they created g-free items on their menu and the list is lengthy. I loved the fisherman's stew. The hot g-free rolls are delicious. I will definitely come back for more when I am in the area:)

Amazing fried seafood, I tried the calamari, shrimp and fish. Our waiter told us that they have changed all the batter to gf so all fried items are gf. They also brought the most delicious warm rolls I've ever had. Loved my gf seafood dinner experience!

We've eaten here twice and I've ordered fried seafood & fries both times because I could!! It was really, really nice to feel safe (based on reviews here) and then to enjoy the dinner as well. Our second time the waitress wasn't as knowledgeable, but we saw & heard her confirming things with a manager to make sure she got my order correct.

I'm not Celiac, just gluten sensitive...but I've dined in a lot of restaurants that claim to have gluten free offerings and let me say, this one is at the top of the pile! They offer a lot of GF options - more than many restaurants. I was able to have fried clams, which I have always loved but haven't been able to eat in years! The waitress was extremely knowledgeable about their GF process and selection, and even offered a GF roll (one of the best I've ever had). Even the dessert menu has GF options. The Belgian chocolate mousse parfait was wonderful. Will definitely visit here again!

Very attentive, careful, and aware. Dedicated GF fryers, even the beer batter is made with GF beer. Server Andrew was very helpful in answering questions about the menu.

I had the option to enjoy cuisine that I thought I might have to forget such as calamari. I placed reservations for a birthday celebration via Open Table noting that there was one of our party (myself) with a gluten allergy. Upon arrival, our table was set with our menus including a real menu for celiac not just a page or a binder nor were prices left out as other places do with their allergy menus.

My full meal (appetizer, entree, & desert!) was delicious so I over indulged in foods normally off limits. There were even gluten free dinner rolls that were tasty & warm. They seemed as if they were baked on premise although I neglected to inquire. They were certainly far superior than most of the alternative beads I've encountered.

Our server as well as the rest of their staff were knowledgeable & attentive. Each of the gluten free selections were brought out separately from the regular dishes to further ensure against allergy cross contamination.

It's wonderful to be able to bookmark a nice restaurant for safe gluten free dining and not feel like an inconvenience. I will definitely be keeping this place as one of my dining options.

Very good gf options! Delicious food, love that they offer me my own warm gf rolls too. The breading on the calamari is really yummy and it's a great treat!

Amazing! Had an entire gf fisherman’s platter. (Share this with others - it is gigantic!) separate fryer, knowledgeable staff, entire menu is marked and almost everything can be gf!

The menu is extra clear with what is gluten free or not. The fry batter used is totally gluten free, and the serving staff is wicked conscious of allergens. Upon alerting the staff of the severe allergy, they took extra note and had the chef who prepared the meal bring the gf plate out. Their caution paid off as I did not get sick afterwards.
