entirely gluten free! a dream for us celiacs. The flatbreads (Man’oush) are incredible. The Kashkaval (sheeps milk mozzarella style cheese) and za’atar man’oush was to die for. plenty of dairy free/egg free/vegetarian options. I felt good eating it, and since, my body has been very happy with the food. Really great atmosphere too. The restaurant is run by 3 siblings and is actually transplanted from Raleigh, NC! Lorenzo and Selene the waiters were so kind and warm as well. We’ll be regulars here for sure.
