Review of Lewis Barbecue

All the meats and sauces were gluten free! I told them we had celiac and they immediately took off gloves, took all their utensils to the back, and cleaned their table. Came back with a clean cutting board, grabbed new gloves and utensils for us. The preparers brought out new sides with clean utensils for our order. The fries aren’t gluten free.
