I have ordered takeout from here several times and I've never had any reaction. A large part of the menu can be made gluten free. The portions are generous and the food is tasty, there isn't that much variety though.

I’m only giving it 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. I was told my bowl could be made gluten free and was assured by staff when served it. I ate it & had the most severe reaction I’ve had in my 10 years with celiac disease. DONT GO HERE if you have celiac disease, & don’t trust their promises of being allergy safe

Lowell location is NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. I ordered an acai bowl and was told it was safe without granola. Somehow I have celiac bloat and a painful stomach one hour later. I realized I did not ask if the peanuts/peanut butter were contaminated. The staff said they changed gloves/cleaned surfaces, but something was clearly contaminated. Sad to have to report this, as I absolutely love the Boston locations.

Gluten free goddess bowl is amazing. This place is usually always busy so it can take a while to get your meal on occasion.
Fabulous restaurant for many food allergies.

Food is terrific, atmosphere hectic, crowded and stressful. Will only do takeout next time.
They don't have a gluten free menu, but they quickly pointed out which menu items could be made gluten free and also said that they would change any of the other items. The food was very tasty! (It's crowded and the service is a little slow so don't go when you are in a hurry.)
