Went in there this afternoon with high hopes. I have celiac and just moved into the area. They had 2 dedicated cases for the “gluten free” baked goods. They looked amazing, but unfortunately after talking with the worker they do not take any precautions when cooking. They use same equipment and bake gluten at the same time(flour in the air). This is a good place for people with intolerances or don’t have to be as cautious about cross contamination.

Two cases filled with delicious GF goodies. Got cheesecake brownies, chocolate cupcakes and GF blueberry muffins. All were outstanding. Highly recommend.

Those two cases of gluten free treats were absolutely amazing! Super cheap too, I got three treats and it was only $10! Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Stopped in looking for some sweets and was pleasantly surprised! They had two cases of sweets and when we mentioned gluten free they immediately washed their hands (and told the young man helping out to do the same and explained why). Would highly recommend.

Not Celiac, gluten intolerant. The best gluten free cupcakes I ever had. The chocolate chip cookie was very good as well as the chocolate chip muffin. Highly recommend.

My husband stopped by and surprised me with some gluten free desserts. The iced cookies were great, as well the oatmeal creme cookies and the cheesecake. My favorite was the oatmeal creme cookies with the cheesecake being a vey close second and the iced cookies a close third. I will definitely be getting desserts from here again!!

There wasn’t much of a selection. I couldn’t eat the muffin had a terrible after taste

Awesome gf cheesecake brownie!

Raspberry cheesecake was delicious! They also had 5 other items. All in a separate case. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing cheesecake brownies! All the gluten free items were in their own separate casing. They had brownies and cupcakes to muffins and macaroons. We drove 30 minutes out of the way for this place and it was worth the drive.

Literally the best gluten free bakery I have EVER been to!!! SO many options and they are to die for!!! Make the drive, it's worth it!! And don't make the mistake of going the last day or you'll want to buy everything in their place!! SO SO Good and staff is so so nice!!

This was known as Sweet Changes but Robin sold it and Jan the new owner has bought it and the new name is Life Is Sweet. She still has the same gluten free dedication as Robin did and same products but she is still experimenting with different ways to expand the food line so give her a try/chance.
