I WANT to like it. But the "doughnuts" are just a cake mix in shape of a doughnut. Their cakes are ok. But its just disappointing.

Ate there 3 times, got lightly sick to stomach twice of the three times. I have Celiac so its not worth my health to eat there. Very disappointed!

Hands down the best place in the Yakima area to buy gluten free food and treats. The people who own it and work there are so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. They have a rewards system where you can earn points and get money off future purchases. I will recommend this to anyone who is gluten free.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

At first this bakery seems wonderful with their selection of items. But after purchasing several of the “donuts,” we quickly realized they are more like a yellow cake shaped like a donut with frosting on top. So instead of the tougher, flakier texture of a donut, you get a moist, floppy cake like donut. My wife and I are both celiac, we both got sick from this establishment. I would not recommend.

We love this store for so many reasons! We have a Celiac, a T1D and a low carb/keto in our family and this store fits all our hopes! Our favorite is the half moon cookie, Donuts, and snowball cups. Low carb, gluten free, Celiac safe,and delicious!

I'm a Celiac and have tried Light Delights on two separate occasions both of which made me very sick. I couldn't even make it home before I started throwing up. I will never eat their food again.
