At first this bakery seems wonderful with their selection of items. But after purchasing several of the “donuts,” we quickly realized they are more like a yellow cake shaped like a donut with frosting on top. So instead of the tougher, flakier texture of a donut, you get a moist, floppy cake like donut. My wife and I are both celiac, we both got sick from this establishment. I would not recommend.
