Went to Lighthouse Bar and Grill to celebrate Valentines Day. Inquired before going if they have an assortment of gluten free options. Very few options to choose from for dinner, lunch and breakfast.
Chef not accommodating. Menu has changed. Disappointing dinner for myself and partner. Will not be returning to the restaurant unless the menu changes to more gluten free options.

Review
Upscale restaurant in the Bellweather Hotel on Bellingham Bay with views of the harbor. There's a limited number of GF items marked as such on the regular menu, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. Cobb Salad is good. Best item on the menu is the GF Chocolate Lava Cake served with Vanilla Ice Cream!! It takes about 20 mins. since they make it upon ordering, but it is well worth the wait!
