This was a great experience! The server was very well informed on gf and assured me that almost everything on the menu could be adapted to be gf. The food was served quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend if you are flying out of Concourse A!

The GF crispy fried Orange Peel Chicken was AMAZING! I've never had gluten-free food taste so close to authentic Chinese food before. We came here twice to get it. I know it's supposed to be Asian Fusion, but it tastes very close to the Chinese chicken you'd get in the food court or at a take-out Chinese restaurant. Absolutely incredible!
We also tried all of their fried rice dishes that were marked GF. The hangover rice with pineapple is great, but if we had to pick ... Orange Peel Chicken was the best.
Mostly everything here is gluten free. It's clearly marked on the menu, and there is no shortage of options. Very very pleased.

Almost the entire menu is GF and the options that are not can be made GF. Decent food for an airport. Definitely a good option at DFW!

Delicious Asian fried chicken with rice flour in a dedicated fryer! Everything was really good. The portions were not particularly cheap but they were large and brought a huge amount of joy. Gluten free fried chicken is always a treat, and finding it in an airport just made my trip.

A gluten free oasis in the desert that is DFW. Terminal A13. Almost the entire menu is GF. So happy to find this place. Food was good and they will let you substitute tofu or extra veggies for any of the proteins.
Vegan/vegetarian friendly. Lots of GF options.

I got the general Ling’s chicken, it was pretty good, I wouldn’t call it a “true” general tso’s but it was good and crispy. The fried rice had piles of carrots and scallions on it and was very sweet. I also felt as though there wasn’t much chicken for the price. I feel as though there should have been more for over $20. The portion in general wasn’t much, not enough to eat then take with you. Overall it’s a good gluten free option but definitely could be better, especially considering the price.

Ordered a kids bento box meal for my celiac daughter. They confirmed gluten allergy, gluten free soy sauce, etc. After she took several bites we realized they gave her the wheat lo mein noodles. 😩They did comp her meal to remedy.

Wonderful gluten free menu items. They have GF soy sauce. I have eaten here multiple times monthly (not a typo!) and NEVER been sick. They annotate that you are GF as the wait staff is VERY knowledgeable. Love the food, service and NEVER being sick!

Ate here with no problems. Service can be slow but they’re generally pleasant. Plenty of GF options clearly marked on the menu. Note: Pin is not in the correct location, the restaurant is next to Gate A13.

Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they clean items before prepping the gf food. There is regular soy sauce at the table, but they brought me gf soy sauce. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you order something crispy (orange chicken), it will be grilled instead. I tried the orange chicken and the pineapple fried rice. They're both good, a little pricey for the portions, but typical for airport food.

What a wonderful GF place. I hate layovers because GF airport food is almost non existent. I had the Crispy Orange Chicken based upon my lovely server Jessica's recommendation. It was really good. Almost everything here is GF. YES!

I got the seafood hot pot and it was pretty good. The waitress seemed knowledgeable and the menu was clearly marked as to what is gluten free. Most of the menu is gluten free. It was a large serving that came in a rustic cast iron type bowl. I didn't experience the dishes appearing dirty and the waitress was very friendly and attentive.

The waitress brought out a stack of filthy plates. There was literally food stuck to them. When I flipped one over the underside was black! We should have just walked out right then. I stressed to her the importance that my food be gf and that I’m celiac and also highly allergic. When they brought out my food, I asked are you sure that’s gf and the other person helping to carry the food said “no”! They quickly recooked it gf, but it was terrible. The rest of my family are not gf, but every dish they got was also terrible. My son refused to eat the burger they served. How do you screw that up??? So we spent $120 for a horrible dinner with no alcohol. I’d avoid this garbage at all costs, and I’m baffled by the good reviews.

In this airport, I have not found a safer, better quality option of food for celiacs. Without a doubt this is the best place to eat. Server was exceptionally knowledgeable about menu items. Even without his help the menu is clearly marked GF and GFO. Applaud this place.
Yes
They have items clearly marked GF on menu. I also told my server and gave them my allergy list. The manager came out and went over my list with me and personally cooked my dish. They checked on me several times. Food was good and service excellent. No reaction at all. My server was Glenn.
Yes
Many of the items on the menu have a GF symbol, indicating that they can be prepared GF. I
felt like I was taking a huge risk ordering from a restaurant I had never been to before getting on a four hour flight, but I was pleasantly surprised and did not get sick.
I had chicken wraps. After ordering, the waitress came out and told me it would take longer than usual to bring my food as they were cleaning the grill for me. It was good!
Food was really good. Ordered sushi and edamame. Half was through the edamame I found a noodle. When brought to the waitresses attention by letting her know that the noodle could have caused me to get sick she stated, "well did you eat it?" Leads me to believe that he knowledge about Celiac Disease is really not there.
No
Look at the bottom of the menu for a symbol that denotes which meals can be made gluten free.

I went for ladies night with a friend. Soy sauce on the table is GF. You can order nearly the whole menu GF and they flag your order for gluten allergy. I ordered a cocktail and the waitress let me know that an ingredient in the drink I was ordering was not GF so they modified it for me. They were knowledgeable and I felt at ease.

I’m sad because I was so excited about this place but I ate the gluten free fried rice, gluten free pot stickers, and gluten free orange chicken and something definitely gave me a reaction. I’m confused because I’ve heard great things and the reviews here are good as well. I’m wondering if it was the dipping sauce for the pot stickers? But I ordered them gluten free so I assumed the sauce would be gf as well..
