Amazing cross-contamination protocol. I'm celiac and told them I found the place in Find Me GF. This kicked off a whole protocol of cleaning the cutting board and proofer handles, bringing out a new cutting board and knife, bringing a new scale top, opening a new brisket, and washing hands/changing gloves. They talked me through the whe process and - most importantly - didn't make me feel like I was annoying. Amazing food - will return 100%. Cashier was observing the whole process and said that two of her siblings were celiac, and explained that the restaurant is really careful so they can serve us.

Has got to be the friendliest and most accommodating folks. A separate cutting board, new knife, change of gloves and freshly unwrapped meat for carving. Cole slaw and mashed potatoes are as good as it gets. Baked beans are NOT GF

Staff seemed knowledgeable, my partner has been eating lunch here while at work. He gets the meat plate which they said was all GF. Never had had a reaction and says it’s delicious!

This is one of my favorites!! They are so good about cross contamination, as they completely stop what they are doing, put away cutting board and all utensils used in cutting and the line! Wash their hands put on new gloves, get all new knives, cutting board and a new cut of meat, and announce to the line cooks that you are celiac, and truly care! The food is to die for…they are fully aware of what has gluten too! Prepare to come early as they sell out fast!

I told them I have celiac disease, and they washed hands, wiped down the counters, and got out a new chopping board. I was super impressed by how careful they were and the food was delicious!
