— Not Much/None

I told them I was Celiac. There was gluten free pasta on the menu and plenty of vegetable dishes that I was told was absolutely safe and not cross contaminated. They are aware of the risk and told me not to eat anything out of the fryer.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Despite gluten free menu. Not celiac safe, cross contamination, shared friers. But 100% props to staff that was knowledgeable about their food prep practices. I was able to eat a plain green salad.
