Shout out to my waitress Debby! She was fantastic - I ordered fajitas and she double checked with the kitchen if the chicken marinade was gluten free and wrote gluten free on the slip and made sure the kitchen knew to keep my dish free of gluten. Dedicated fryer for their tortilla chips and salsa trio was amazing. Didn't get sick and left with a full stomach. I would suggest this restaurant to others with celiac/gluten issues. Of course, just always make sure you tell your server you have to avoid gluten so they take the correct cross contamination precautions.
