They have changed their menu and there are very few GF options. What I did get was very plain and dry. Very disappointing.

Well, on the downside they accidentally mixed up my order with another similar but not-GF order. This is of course a risk any time one is eating in a restaurant that serves gluten. On the plus side, they discovered the problem before I had eaten any of the gluten-containing portion of my meal, apologized profusely, sent out the manager, and bent over backwards to make it right. It remains to be seen whether I’ll get sick from cross-contact with gluten on my plate, but honestly they took it extremely seriously and I could tell they were all just horrified that this could have happened in their establishment.
I’ll probably still eat here again next time I come. And at least I got extra shrimp? 🤷🏻♀ Tomorrow I’m eating in a restaurant in Chehalis that is reported to be all gluten free…
And this is why I rarely eat out.
At least the food was really good.

Many options for GF. I’m a very sensitive celiac and had no problems. They were very receptive when chatting with them it’s a allergy. I had the wilderness bowl and my youngest (celiac) had the burger on gf bun and fries. All dedicated fryer and no problems evening of or next morning. Thanks GWL!

Ask host/server for the GF menu—they have one, but GF isn’t marked on the regular menu
Four stars because I had to ask for the GF menu. Lots of choices, but it was just a regular menu with “GF” handwritten beside items. Server said he’d mark my order”gluten allergy” as well, just to be safe. Nice touch. Oddly enough, risotto was NOT GF.
Yes
We were told they had a dedicated fryer, so we thought it’d be worth the “risk”. Upon speaking the the pleasant waitress, she informed us that they can do many things gf, including fried chicken strips. They use rice flour as an alternative. I was stunned. Did not expect that! The waitress very attentive! The fried chicken would have passed as non GF. Not only that, it was very good. I asked the waitress to please thank the chef and he came out personally to speak with us. Best part: The leftovers kept well! Again, tasted like leftover non GF. They do several things GF. If it’s not on the menu, ask.
