This is my normal place to eat out since I am confident about the weight staff and the menu. I recommend the cattleman’s salad, salmon, steak, and any sandwich/burger can be made with a lettuce wrap. They have let me know that they do use their house beer in their BBQ sauce and their corn tortillas do have flour on them to prevent sticking. Their fries and tortilla chips are not cooked in their own fryer, so do be aware of that. The wait staff does have an allergy button when they submit your order, I’ve been told, so it should have your allergy on the ticket when the kitchens making it.

Not many choices for a GF vegetarian. Server asked the kitchen about the veggie bean burger and the Brussels sprout appetizer and both contained gluten. Chili is not GF. They could lettuce wrap the sandwiches and burgers though for meat eaters.

No GF menu and not a lot of options but I will say the server was great! Knew what alternations they could make to accommodate and when my side salad was coming out with croutons on it she snatched it up before it was even put down to go make a new one. She apologized for the oversight of her fellow server that didn’t see the note. Burger was great sans bun. Server also knew to tell me their fries were breaded!

Great meal. I called and spoke to the manager before I went. She knew all the allergy protocols that needed to be in place. When I arrived the server didn’t know they had a gf menu, so I asked to speak to the manager. He ended up taking my order and was super helpful.

Most items on their menu could be made gluten free, and they had a gluten free menu as well. No shared fryer and no gluten free buns. I ordered the salmon, veggies, and rice. I asked for the salmon to be cooked in a separate pan to cut down on the cc risk. Their bbq sauce has beer in it, so I was a little weary of the grill. The salmon was amazing. It’s been 24 hours and I feel great:)
