Quality has decreased tremendously in the last year! I have been many times over the years when the food was amazing and I felt safe eating there. This is no longer the case. Last night, the salad bar was a mess! There were noodles from the neighboring macaroni salad in the potato salad and other items mixed in with one another rendering items that should have been gluten free no longer safe. There was spilled food all over the salad bar that did not get cleaned up. The prime rib was tender but came out with no seasoning whatsoever…not even salt and pepper! I ordered surf and turf to include scallops, specifically told my server I am a sensitive celiac yet it came out with bread crumbs on the scallops. I pointed out the error and asked for it to be remade. They were then brought out with no seasoning of any kind on them, not even butter…nothing! For the price of a surf-n-turf meal here, I would think more of an effort could be made to ensure a safe, flavorful meal. We will not be returning.

Many gluten free options for dinner and the staff was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. Some diners could even be adapted to glutens free upon request. Fantastic salad bar!!!

Food tasted great! They have a good number of gluten free items identified on their menu as well as a gluten free item list for their salad bar. My son and I both have celiac disease and we both ate here without any trouble.

I feel that it’s very hit or miss here. I’ve had several visits without issue, but I’ve also had several visits where I got sick. The last time I went, I found a noodle mixed in halfway through eating my broccoli.

Great quality food. GF menu items are l clearly marked. Good for meat and fish eaters but limited vegetarian options. Loved the complimentary salad bar with our meal.

Our favorite restaurant of the trip. My son has multiple food allergies including wheat. He had a tasty steak and broccoli. The rest of us also enjoyed our food greatly.

Very good selection of GF, good salad bar, very nice staff, delicious prime rib and fillet minon.

they have a.wonderful separate gluten free menu. I had the portobello chicken but first and most importantly a wonderful salad bar with Waldorf salad, homemade potato salad, carrot salad, along with other things they detail on their great gluten free menu. Also don't forget to request a GF roll which is delish and comes wrapped in a sealed baggie. I enjoyed and my husband enjoyed the meal which comes GF as well just ask that they skip the garlic bread. Hubby said the Chicken Perscuitto was very good. I highly recommend this Lake George Restaurant!

I've eaten at the Log Jam multiple times with no issues, having tried duck, steak and fish of the day. The menu has many items marked as GF and the staff seems to be knowledgeable. Their salad bar has croutons all the way at the end which helps minimize cross contamination.
