We came by for take out around 5 pm on a Saturday, between the lunch and the dinner crowds. We didn't order in advance, but still got all our food 5-10 min after ordering.
They don't have a deducted GF menu, but the only things on the menu that problematic were the burritos, quesadillas, and churros. All the tacos are on corn tortillas and none of the seasonings, marinades , and sauces have any flour or gluten.
For the chips, they said they clean the fryer every night and fry all the chips in the morning. They do use the same fryer for the churros in the evening. I didn't have any of the chips since we were doing take out and had other chips at the house, but I would have felt safe eating the chips there after their explanation.
I had 3 different types of tacos (fish, octopus, and carnitas) and the ceviche. Everything was great, down to the packaging and the sauces.
Definitely a location we will be coming back to!
