Great meal and staff so nice. They said do not eat the chips because of the fryer so I didn’t but there were so many options I did not miss the chips.

Excellent food. I felt safe and didn’t feel sick. I am a symptomatic celiac. They told me the fryer is cleaned each morning and they fry the chips first so I ate them. No issues.

I was excited to find a Mexican restaurant where I could eat the chips without worry. I ordered the Enchiladas Rancheras which had a GF on the menu. The server assured me it was a safe option and that she would let the kitchen know about my gluten allergy too. Great spot in Indio!

This place is a gem! Family owned restaurant and chatted with the owner. They clean the fryer each day, use new oil, and fry the chips first so they are GF. Other GF items on the menu are early marked and owner was happy to make accommodations for other items as well. Great food, reasonable prices. Made fresh guacamole table side!! Highly recommend.

They have amazing service and are very understanding. We came as a table of 11 and at 9pm and they were was energetic as ever. The gluten free options are: enchiladas with white sauce, chips and dip, guacamole (which is amazing), fajitas, etc. I really recommend trying the guacamole because they make it in front of you and explain the recipe. It’s so good!
