I asked if I could eat the tortilla chips from the dedicated fryer, which a previous review had mentioned, but there was no dedicated fryer. The waiter said the fryer had flour tortillas going in it as well. And then when I asked if they could let the kitchen know I had a gluten allergy, he was just confused. I got the carne asada dinner, and it tasted good, I just thought the experience would be better based on the previous reviews, so I'm also confused by it.
