I am so happy I found this place! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for gf menus upfront and before we even sat down they had informed the staff to get a fresh set of gluten free chips and told me they had got our salsa from a fresh container.

My family orders from the gf menu as well to make it more safe for me and we got the ranchero chicken enchiladas, the lime chicken salad, and the ribs. It was all absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!

The food was great and reasonably priced. $11 for enchiladas with two sides at lunch. They have a GF menu and a dedicated fryer. The salsa is fantastic, regular, a smoky roasted one, and a green avocado one. I had chicken enchiladas with cheese sauce, rice, and some potatoe thing the waitress recommended. Renee (the redhead) was a great waitress. She's gluten free herself and very friendly. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Make sure you ask for corn tortillas if you order their enchiladas. I asked and she said yes, but when they can out one looked like it was flour.

Discovered Los Cabo’s through the Gluten Free app on my phone. I called them to double check if they had GF options and was told yes, ask for the GF menu. Oh my word, I was in Heaven! Be sure to ask for gluten free chips. I had queso and chips and the combo fajitas which I made into nachos. Delicious! Lauren, the waitress, was extremely helpful and earned a generous tip! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place to eat out. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer. They have a separate GF menu and I’ve never gotten sick here.

Specifically for the BA location! Always safe. GF menu. Just ask for it. Request GF chips for your salsa and cheese and guac. They are very understanding. We eat here on the regular. So many options. If you go to Jenks or the Owasso location it is just bagged Gf chips. Not as good.

Love it, it’s my go to for what I consider, Tex-Mex food. The first thing I request is Gluten Free Chips & Salsa, so good and addictive. When ordering, I tell our waitress I have gluten/food allergies and will be ordering from the Gluten Free menu. I have ordered the sweet corn tamale cake, guacamole, pork tamale with chili con carne, cheese & onion enchiladas with chili con carne, chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce with a side of salsa verde, and chicken/beef steak combo fajitas, all delicious.

Loved this place. Quite a few gf options for my celiac husband. And gf chips! Yay! Who wants to go to a Mexican restaurant and not eat chips & salsa. We were told that the chips were gf & were cooked in a dedicated fryer, but they looked the same as those taken to other tables. I would suggest that the baskets for gf chips & plates for gf items be a different color to help servers & those preparing food to keep clear that gluten free items are served to those who must follow a strict diet.

This place was pretty good. I ate at the bar. Ordered a patron margarita. I asked for gluten free chips when they were offered but the bar tender forgot to bring them out :(. I ordered the steak fajitas with corn tortillas of course. Ordered double rice instead of beans. Ate it all and had zero issues. Will go back.

Be careful eating gluten free here. More than once they have made my order with flour tortillas and they say oh I’m sorry we will get that fixed for you. They don’t realize how serious it is for people. All their margueritas are not gluten free either so be sure and ask.

I have mixed feelings. The service was great but the environment was not. I got the chicken fajitas off the gf menu and it had no flavor at all. And I'm not sure the were careful about cross contamination because I now have a migraine, which I only get when I've gotten gluten in my system. I'm very disappointed.

Awesome GF food! Our server Sarah B. was great! They seem to be well educated on GF and cross contamination. Also, there is a button they push to let the kitchen know to prepare it GF to avoid cross contamination. I will be telling our Celiac group about this place!!!!

Los Cabos has a GF menu. They will put clean oil in the fryer for you and bring out fresh hot chips. I had the GF sweet tamale cakes and I had to ask the server if he was SURE they were GF because they tasted like mom's real corn bread. My waiter was knowledgable and very nice. His name was Blake and he got a well deserved large tip.
