Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I have no idea how in the world the other reviews missed these glaring issues, but here goes.
Everything fried is put in shared fryers. Everything. DO NOT EAT THE CHIPS. They are deep fried in shared fryers.
The corn tortillas are stored in isolated bags, but they heat up all the tortillas on shared space. *IF* you want to risk it and get a "safe" tortilla, then get them served cold.
Fajitas: this is what I had. The steak is marinated with a mix that contains soy sauce. You can ask for steak without marinade but keep in mind the space it's cooked on will still be fried on gluten cooking space. Also, the steak will then be bland. As will the veggies. And you'll probably still get glutened.
I asked the manager to ensure the tools and spaces would be cleaned prior to cooking. But no guarantee is given.
The rice was specifically listed by the waitress as an item not to get due to how it is cooked or marinated.
In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for Celiacs.
