Review of Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Great staff and so friendly and accommodating however the 1 star remains for getting glutened. Celiac truly do not eat here. We went with friends who wanted to go but it’s really not safe. Took the gamble and unfortunately we lost we time. It’s so sad because our waiter was awesome and so kind. Although to be compared it was a gf cardboard pizza. Worst I’ve ever had which makes getting sick even that much worse.
