Review of Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Great sausage on the pizza. The crust was fairly good, a little chewy, but had good favor. The salad dressings are gluten free and quite a few salads are. The pizzas are made in a safe zone, but aren't cooked and cross contamination is likely.
