Louis' Diner

I've eaten here a couple of times and had no problems. They don't have a gluten-free menu but they will explain what you can and can't have. Then waitstaff is always been helpful. Green chile is gluten-free because they make it with cornstarch. I do enjoy eating here. I will be going back.

No gf menu but I had the Louis's special skillet and didn't react.
