My new favorite restaurant while vacationing in Cannon Beach. Nearly everything can be done GF and their deep fryers are not contaminated! Even though they don't advertise this, all batter is garbanzo bean flour! The two celiacs in my family had big smiles and we will be going back again and again!! Excellent food and service.

Waitress was super knowledgable and informed about gluten free needs. Dedicated fryer for gluten free, including onion rings (!). Had gluten free fish and chips, which were a tad greasy (per my personal preference, others may love), but tasty. Family member had gluten free burger, and the bun was seriously good. (Not crumbly or dry, and clearly marked with a flag stating gluten free) five stars for all options and great service and overall tasty food. We will go back!

This was amazing! Most of their menu is already GF I can't express how freeing it feels to look at a menu and be able to actually order almost anything on it! And the onion rings! It's been 7 long years since I've had any! My first experience here with the new owners was a fabulous one!

We decided to try Lumberyard after reading reviews on this site. Meals out tend to always cause such problems for us so we eat out very little. This meal was no different. My daughter has celiac and I have Lupus so glutenfree is not a choice, it's a necessity. We were very clear with the waiter, but our burgers came with wheat buns which we discovered AFTER the first bite. The waiter was very apologetic but the damage was done. Food was way overpriced...seriously $20 for a burger?, poor service (the waiter avoided our table after he glutened us), and the food wasn't great. We will not return. Not a good trip for us.

Absolutely incredible. Jessie our server was THE BEST we have ever experienced in our time as a gluten free family she was very knowledgeable and very friendly. As for the establishment, very celiac friendly, dedicated food prep areas. Everything on the menu had a GF option minus 3 small items. we moved 400 miles to provide a GF lifestyle for our celiac daughter, gluten intolerant wife and second daughter. We were on a road trip ocean day and found Lumberjack's at 4pm on a Saturday in June. The restaurant was not over crowded it was clean and inviting. 5 stars A+

I was so happy when I went there. The owners daughter has celiac so they knew how important it was for me. They have separate fryers for gluten free fries, onion rings, etc. The staff was very knowledgable about it too. Definitely recommend going there.

I went to this restaurant twice during my Cannon Beach visit. The first time was absolutely fantastic - the server was extremely knowledgeable, the kitchen knew what they were doing, and the food was awesome. Only three menu items can't be made gluten free! The onion rings and dirty fries are both amazing! Unfortunately, the second time I went the service was extremely poor and we ended up eating cold burgers because our server forgot parts of our order - twice. But if you get a good server, you'll have a wonderful experience!

VERY celiac aware - best french fries and first onion rings we've been able to eat since going GF. Almost everything on the menu can be made GF. Great dinner experience!

Good food and a dedicated fryer...

We confirmed numerous times to make sure the bun was GF and they were willing to check and confirm for us. Plus, the onion rings were awesome.

The only thing that wasn't GF was the BBQ sauce.

Our daughter is a Celiac. The staff was very aware of cross contamination. They have dedicated GF fryers and we were told that all fried items are GF. She loved the chicken strips, onion rings and fries. We would definitely way there again without hesitation.

I'm Celiac and have been GF for almost 5 years. Although gluten free dining is increasing and more restaurants are willing to offer choices for us, I have never eaten at a restaurant more Celiac friendly, and more delicious than Lumberyard Rotisserie. It is HANDS DOWN my favorite restaurant. Sadly, we live 8 hours away. If we lived closer, I would definitely have to increase my food budget just so I could eat here weekly. The location (even though too far from home for me) is beautiful and the staff were SO awesome! Can't wait to come back and eat myself silly with onion rings & fish & chips again!!

So safe and good, I ate there twice in a three day stay! Exceptional service, very knowledgeable regarding gluten cross contamination. Waiter knew all fryers were gluten free, offered to cook pizzas in a separate area of air convection from standard pizza. And let me just say - celiac friendly onion rings!! So good!!

One of the best GF restaurants I have ever been to. Everything that goes into their fryer is GF including their breaded onion rings and fish and chips. They have GF pizza, buns, beer and even some desserts! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great understanding of cross contamination. A worry free experience for Celiacs! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Perfect for Celiacs! They have a separate oven, cooking area and pans for GF and can accommodate almost anything. The fries are all made in separate fryers so you can even steal one from a friend without worries.

they had a gf menu, but most items weren't available or sold out. there wasn't a separate fryer so I'm not sure how there were gf wings. long story short, I was glutened after having fish tacos.

If you want an amazing burger on an amazing GF bun go here! GF can't eat the fries. There are tons of option, you just have to ask for the GF menu.

Was just served a glutinous sandwich after asking for a gf menu, pointing and ordering off the gf menu, my hubby verifying gf for me after he ordered, and then me verifying my French dip was on gf bread when it was delivered. Very disappointing and was not impressed with server Bob's "fix" or "apology". After eating half of the glutinous sandwich he came to tell me he'll gets a new bun. Ridiculous and sad. Went there last year and had a great meal but have a major headache from the gluten.

GF buns, bread, pizza. Well explained gf menu and knowledgable staff. Hard cider available. Chicken was a bit over cooked, but hubby's French dip was great as was the applesauce. Will definitely be back, gotta try the pizza!
