Review of Lupe Tortilla

The waiter was MIA a lot. I asked when being seated, when our waiter came and clarified when we ordered about things being accommodated and to flag me with a gluten allergy. He said he did, but I was still served something they claimed wasn’t safe (the beans). After speaking to a manager, she said the beans were safe, but by this point my anxiety was already going and my partner had almost finished his meal. After complaining they finally comped us, but the price for the quality of food/service was not the same as another location we’ve been to. Super disappointing and stressful unfortunately. The chips are NOT safe according to the waiter, but now I have no clue how accurate anything we were told is.🤷🏻‍♀
