Great place for a get away vacation. Breakfast and dinner at The Strand restaurant both have gluten free options and they have a separate toaster for gluten free bread. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergy too. Dinner was my favorite. The charcuterie board was adapted with rice crackers. The selection of cheeses and meat was great! The Coho Salmon and wild rice was to die for. My favorite dish! Paul and Dewa served us with a great smile and made the overall experience memorable.

Loved the history of the place. The dining room is beautiful and also has fantastic views of Lake Superior.

The server was very knowledgeable. Virtually the entire menu is gluten free.

Plenty of GF options! I had the Mushroom Risotto, which was okay but could have used more seasoning so I added salt. Had the molten chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and it was delicious!

The potato crusted walleye was delicious.
