Review of Lutsen Resort

Great place for a get away vacation. Breakfast and dinner at The Strand restaurant both have gluten free options and they have a separate toaster for gluten free bread. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergy too. Dinner was my favorite. The charcuterie board was adapted with rice crackers. The selection of cheeses and meat was great! The Coho Salmon and wild rice was to die for. My favorite dish! Paul and Dewa served us with a great smile and made the overall experience memorable.
