Wonderful! They understand celiac & cater to it. The corn chowder soup is fabulous! And the BBQ flatbread was fantastic. I could eat here every day.
Delicious, affordable food. I had a gf grilled chicken and avocado sandwich for under $10.
This place does it right. Separate utensils and surfaces for GF. The sweet potato fries were good, but small service for $3.50. The rest of the food was awesome, healthy and fresh.
Fantastic. Preston center Dallas Texas.
If you don't like to make a lot of decisions and would like a clean simple breakfast on a weekday this may be the place for you. The menu had 5 choices, two were gluten free.
Awesome food! Recommend LYFE Kitchen for those with dietary restrictions and to those whom just want great food.
i felt the staff here on 11/16 really wanted me to enjoy my experience here. they were terrific. Had the corn chowder, chicken flatbread both were very good. loved that they had a reaonable size/priced dessert. The chocolate pudding type dessert is fantastic
Wonderful options for my wheat Allergy. I had the quinoa crunch bowl with added grilled chicken. My only regret was that I couldn't finish all of it. SOOOO good. Server seemed very knowledgeable and customer service of entire staff was top notch... even during a period where the building gas had been shut off causing them cooking challenges.
The food here is delicious and the service is fabulous.
They didn't seem to understand cc. They said we are "gluten free friendly" but can not guarantee cross contamination. Very disappointing. Not sure why they have "gluten free" in big letters on their window. They are not celiac friendly at all. Will not go back there.
Great food and they take precautions for those with celiac
Loved it! Fresh quick food at reasonable prices.
Great place for gluten and dairy free! Food is excellent!
I love coming here because I know I will never get sick. They take such good care to avoid cross contamination. The only reason for the 1 star deduction is because there are lots of salads and dishes that seem like they could easily be made gf and I am not sure why they don't. There is a bbq chicken salad menu item that I asked about the ingredients of (wondering if I just switched the dressing or something & make it gf), and they were so great and looked through the ingredients list with me to try and figure it out, and nothing in the salad was listed as having gluten in it. So I was a bit confused, but didn't want to order it anyways because it was not listed as gf. Short point is, I love going there, but I only ever order two things, so I would love if they made some more of their menu options available to gf.
So grateful for Lyfe Kitchen, one of the first restaurants to feature multiple GF options, knowledgeable staff and deliciously healthful food.
This one just opened and have been there a few times. All of their flatbreads are gluten free and they have several menu items that are naturally gluten free or can be made GF. I have not asked about their cross contamination precautions, but the food does come out with a little GF flag in it. I have not felt sick eating there (I did a couple of times after eating at the Palo Alto location)
The person who took my ordered if I had celiac. When I said yes; he told me that he took pride in making sure my food was prepared in the safest manner. I had the grass fed burger and kale salad. My family loved their food. Extra bonus points all around.
I've eaten here multiple times and have never gotten sick. Their bbq chicken flatbread is the best!
They accidentally served me a burger with a regular bun instead of the gluten free - I questioned it a few bites in and caught a chef on the way by - the manager comped my meal and they remade the burger. We'll see how sick I get, I'm a little apprehensive at this point. But they've been super nice about it. The sweet potato fries were delicious though, and I was enjoying my burger until I realized that the bread seemed too good to be true. LESSON LEARNED: the gluten free items should be specifically tagged when they come out from the kitchen - if not, ask your server to be sure!! In my case the cashier didn't catch/tag that the meal needed to be gf.
They have a clearly labeled menu and were careful with cross contamination.
