In reading their menu, we chose, as take out items, pulled pork and shredded beef. Sides were Cole slaw and pinto beans. These were chosen after discussing the GF options that were available with the staff. Meal was ready to go in 20 minutes. Knowing that there are few barbecue sauce choices that are GF, we had brought our own, proven safe sauce. We did this twice. The first time, everything was perfect. The second, was not quite so good, as the beef was greasier than the first time. The restaurant’s chef did tell us the second time that the mayo in the Cole slaw was not GF, but not having a problem the first time, we decided to do it again. No negative issues.
