Great experience. They have always been mindful about celiac but they recently updated their menu and majority of items are now gluten free. I was told everything but the tuna dishes because they have not switched to GF soy sauce. Even the beer battered avocado frites are gluten free as they use gluten free beer and rice flour. I did not try these but they looked very good. No issues what so ever. So happy to have a 99% GF restaurant available in town.

We had an awesome experience here. Very fun and lively vibe. Dedicated fryer for tortilla chips. Most of the menu can be made GF. Corn tortillas for the tacos are outstanding. The owner goes to each table ensuring all is good, giving hugs to many returning guests. He talked with me for a while about their GF options and methods of preparing, and reassured me on all questions I had. I will definitely be going back.

Love this place! Such a fun vibe and great food. The owner is wonderful and so friendly and accommodating. The menu is clearly labeled with GF options (not online tho). I would definitely recommend it here, we’ve been back many times and always enjoy it.

Good experience! Our server was knowledgeable and brought up a few things that would not be gf but 90% of the menu can be made gf. Fryer was gluten free!

We had a fantastic meal. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable with gluten free . The owner walks around and is very attentive to his customers. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free except a few items. Chips are fried in clean oil each morning. I did not get sick. The salsa was the best I ever had. We also enjoyed the pork belly and brisket tacos. Ask the owner which margarita he suggests. Awesome place!

Almost everything on the menu is gluten free, due to being corn based. If you tell them you are celiac, they will let you know the 3-4 things on their menu that they don’t make there, and therefore cannot guarantee are gluten free. I have had takeout from Machacas multiple times and have never had a reaction.
