Worst place in the Des Moines metro. The food is not good. Like absolutely terrible.

Ordered off the “gluten sensitive” menu. Had a conversation about the gravy on the mashed potatoes and decided against it because they couldn’t promise it wasn’t made with flour, but the pot roast still came in a flour based gravy. Definitely felt the affects immediately.

I have had issues here in the past. Staff is not knowledgeable. I nicely specified my issues, said what I could and couldn’t have. Waitress even checked with the chef. I was sick before we even left the restaurant.

Food is yummy but servers are not well educated on gluten free foods. I was "glutened" last time because the server didn't note it was from the menu.
Would give it 0 if possible. I ordered the baked cod with mashed potatoes. it took them an hour to get us our food blaming it on the fact that it takes 25 minutes to cook it. then it gets here and has gravy on it...Don't come here they are very inconsiderate.

They were great about accommodating my needs and had many delicious options!

Staff was not very knowledgable or helpful understanding their menu. Very disappointed in the options available.

I found the gluten-sensitive (they won't claim that dishes are gluten-free due to the possibility of cross-contamination) menu to be adequate and to have a good diversity of meat choices. However, my waitress was completely uneducated regarding the menu and totally unhelpful. I asked which potato options were gluten free since the menu didn't state, and she answered dismissively, "I have no idea," with no offer to find out for me. I ordered a steak with baked potato. I fortunately was not glutened. I probably won't be back unless I hear that the wait staff has been properly trained.

I ordered gluten free here without a problem. I think I've eaten here twice since I've had to go gluten free. Their food is pretty good. I never had a problem ordering from here even though some of their front staff are not quite as knowledgeable compared to other restaurants. I would probably go back again.

Had a Limited GF menu - no problem. Unfortunately had a waitress that didn't know about Celiac. Salad came with croutons (reminded her while ordering). Asked for new one. Picked off most croutons and returned to me (mentioned that need a new one since there are crumbs). Manager came over afterwards extremely apologetic. Really very very sincere. Nice people, not well trained. Waitress that was not concerned with CD. Concerned managers can't protect you from unconcerned staff.

Server Kristi was amazing, hashbrowns were over the top… my gal can’t stop talking about them. She’s been ignoring me, searching online for the recipe. Now I’m eating alone

As one with an allergy to gluten. They are not carful about what touches what. Nor are they knowledge able and do not have options

They have a gluten free menu. It is limited in what they have (but there are definitely other options listed in the regular menu that are gluten free as well). I ended up getting their all you can eat breakfast buffet which is awesome, for you can pick what you know you can have vs picking off the menu and having to substitute. The waitstaff know their menu and are super helpful. The only downside is there are no drinks on the menu(the only drink menu was alcoholic, but it was separated the others) they have other drinks, but don’t list them on the menu for whatever reason. I ended up with only water for that reason.

Ordered off the gluten free menu but the dish came with a side of bread included, I had to ask if it was gf (hence ordering the gf menu?) and it wasn't. Waitress wasn't very knowledgeable about GF options and asked if I wanted gravy which to me was strange. I felt very dismissed and I felt not very welcomed. I would say if you're brown and celiac, maybe skip this place.

Server was excellent, her daughter has gluten issues. They have a Gluten Sensitive menu, not full GF, so caution if really sensitive. I had the Maple Glazed Salmon & Sweet Potato. Comes with Cole Slaw and baked apples. I'm full.
