Mad Noodles

I ordered pad Thai with the special instructions “I am gluten-free, and allergic to avocado, tree nuts*, eggplant, and bell pepper. *TOTALLY ok with peanut, almond, cashew, coconut. These are all medical. Please call with any questions!”

What they delivered was plain noodles with a little bit of egg and a little bit of peanut on top. No sauce, no spice level, no spices at all, etc.

As I called to describe my issue (and was annoyed that they hadn’t called to double check or confirm that I would want plain noodles), they refused to refund; This is annoying. They said that is how they serve gluten free Pad Thai and some customers like it.
