Review of Maggiano's

Chef came out to customize my pasta order. I am both gluten and dairy-free, and ordered marinara sauce with mushrooms, spinach and herbs. The pasta is 100% corn. It's great that they do not upcharge for GF, and the pasta portion is big and delicious.
