Really great! Me and my non-celiac partner had take out here. Very understanding over the phone. Food was so fragrant and delicious. Did not feel sick after.

Only two menu items contain gluten, and the chef (who was working the counter when we went) pointed them out to us. She is wonderful and told us the story of how she got started and described her experience teaching cooking in San Francisco before moving to Bellingham. She discovered avocados after moving to the US (Thailand doesn’t have avocados) and decided to add them to her food, which has garnered the attention of food critics!

I’ve been told via phone via Maikham staff and owner that all ingredients are gluten free. I would double check prior to ordering off of their menu, since it doesn’t indicate ‘GF’, but the three times I’ve eaten here I was assured all were gluten free. The food is delicious! Highly recommend!
