Only two menu items contain gluten, and the chef (who was working the counter when we went) pointed them out to us. She is wonderful and told us the story of how she got started and described her experience teaching cooking in San Francisco before moving to Bellingham. She discovered avocados after moving to the US (Thailand doesn’t have avocados) and decided to add them to her food, which has garnered the attention of food critics!
