Unless they’ve changed in the last couple months, NEVER ever ever eat gluten free here. Toast is toasted in the same toaster, no utensils are changed from condiments (yes, your mayo has touched bread). Every single grilled item (tofu, tempeh, grilled veg etc.) is grilled on the same blacktop as the sandwhiches. The line is not wiped down between your gluten free order and the bread orders. Even if you mark celiac on your ticket. There is no possible way your food will not get contaminated. The staff is not well trained in celiac or gluten free, and treat it like a loose preference. Food tastes great though, loved it before I was diagnosed. NOT SAFE.

Don’t trust their knowledge about gluten in their food. Apparently, the cook in the kitchen has no clue about the ingredients he used to prepare food.

Used to love gf food here. Ordered a gf taco and soup today, after finishing one taco I was informed that part of the taco was made of wheat flour. I was told that the mistake results from the new untrained staff in the kitchen. They used to make an effort to label gf to avoid any possible mistake. After I learned what happened, I walked out immediately and take my medication. The staff need to be better trained and educated. I no longer have any confidence in this place. It used to be my fav. I am getting ready for be knocked out by the fatigue and reactions for next 2-3 days. Still can’t believe it!! But at least they are honest, stop me before I finished my second taco.

In the past they had gf fridays but will no longer make the effort to prevent cross contamination. Good food if you do not have celiac disease though.

One of my very favorite restaurants. Everything is good. Try the RBSC or the sunshine burger. The lemonade is made fresh and amazing. Delicious fresh juices. Fun decor and super nice staff.

Great place for dietary restrictions! All vegetarian some vegan. Can make any sandwich GF with good bread :) Lots of rice dishes too. Usually a little GF dessert too :) Great incredible healthy smoothies too.

This restaurant is interesting and delicious. I had the sunshine burger (which is now my favorite food!). I am so glad I tried this place. There were many other things on the menu that sounded great. This is a must the next time I visit MIZZOU- Go Tigers!
