They do not have a dedicated fryer so anything deep-fried will be cross contaminated. There’s some gluten-free options such as the salmon, steak or a burger with a gluten-free bun. I wish they would offer a baked sweet potato instead of mashed potatoes as I try to stay dairy free also. Their smoked wings are also deep fried, so again, will be cross contaminated. Overall, it’s an ok choice.
