I ate at this restaurant 2 days ago now and I’m happy to report no gluten was consumed nor was I a victim of cross-contamination. I’d heard great things about this restaurant and their sister smaller location several times and I finally had the chance to indulge last Saturday. Our waitress was knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t GF (most of the menu is GF) and even though she was sure the chips were safe she went to ask her manager again just to confirm. My food was delicious, I had chicken with rice and beans and corn tortillas. The corn tortillas were unlike any corn tortilla I’ve ever had, so light and fluffy I just had to take a few home! If you’re in Chambana, this place is a must go! 10/10
