There are soooo many GF options here and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about all ingredients. They had so many different types of GF pastas, GF breaded entrees, GF meatballs and GF desserts! There are also plenty of DF options as well. I had the fettuccine bolognese, which was outstanding! Everyone in our party raved about the food.

Mama Mia's is by far the best gluten free restaurant I have ever went to. Being diagnosed with severe celiac 4 years ago I am very picky on where I go out to eat. Being on vacation in Fort Laurdale I went on Find me Gluten free. (My go too app) and found Mama Mia's. This place became the highlight of my trip. Its a small family run place that consists of a mother, father, and daughter. They are the nicest people you can meet. So welcoming and make you feel at home. The daughter takes your order (She Has CELIAC) importiant to note so she knows all about cross contamination and how serious celiac is. Coming from jersey right outside of NY I did not expect to find better Italian food than at home. Man was I wrong. The food came out and it was so fresh and amazing. I love that the chef (the mother) comes out to check on how your enjoying your meal. Portions are large and feels like home cooked. Being severe celiac I can assure you I had no problems after eating these meals. I loved it so much that I went back again twice during my short vacation. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and I can not wait to come back once I am in the area again. (Night 1: chicken parm with side of pasta) (night 2: meatballs which are large and excellent with pasta)

Family run restaurant. The food was excellent, from the meatball (regular and GF available) appetizer, salad, and dinner. Celiac daughter, so they understand. If you appreciate a homemade authentic Italian meal, go here!

I went in hoping for the best being that when you here gluten free, pasta isn't usually the first thing that comes to mind. I am pleased to say that not only was it as good but it had exceeded anything I could have imagined. My wife and I got the gnocchi and it was absolutely amazing. Perfect al dente with a sauce that was so creamy and savory. Made me want to ask for a straw just so I could drink it down. The owner and her mother were both extremely knowledgeable on Celiac and Ill more than likely be ordering again tonight.
