We have not eaten here yet but I called and asked if they had a dedicated fryer. The chefs response was that their fryer is "hot enough to kill off any allergen and therefore wont have any gluten in the oil"
From what I have read, this is not possible and made me think that the chef either didn't know what he was talking about or wasn't taking it seriously at all.
I would probably avoid this place...

We ordered the "safest" thing on the menu as far as we could decipher - a chicken Caesar salad, NO croutons, to go. Unfortunately, salad came with a ton of croutons on it. Nothing on the menu indicated GF. Would skip in the future.

Had dinner here- food sucked. Atmosphere and decor is cool. Not worth the price

Little sandwich Shoppe, just has GF bread. Probably a lot of cross contamination, but decent. Close to the airport.
GF options in store in basement. We took them out to picnic area in plaza and enjoyed out there.
They have a little store in the basement that sells all kinds of snacks in you’re in a pinch. I picked up some chips, nuts and an apple one hungry night and they have a decent selection of gf products.
Yes
They had at least 3 gluten free breakfast options. I got huevos rancheros and they were delicious. I'm very sensitive celiac and had no reaction.
Waitress was not helpful - ended up skipping lunch altogether to be safe. Service was terrible overall as well.
